I  chose to take the picture of this light at a steep angle because it creates imagery reminiscent of a full-moon. I also chose to filter the image in black and white to create a void like space to separate the light and the street. Darkening the image also makes the rain unnoticeable and form the illusion that the light is traveling through the dark space.
