Rock, Paper, Scissors at the Henry Art Gallery was held August 9, 2008. The event celebrated ingenuity, originality, and the handmade.

Ten local DIY-ers showcased their work in the Henry's Illsey Ball Nordstrom Sculpture Court.

Artist Garek Druss manned the DJ table and showed his new, limited-edition book, Heavy Teeth; other vendors included Faryn Davis of Fernworks, Belltown boutiques Fancy, Schmancy, and Nancy; Fern Renville, Boo davis of Quiltsryche, Tim Tinker, and Sol Haschemi.

At 3 pm, editor-artist Matthew Offenbacher of La Especial Norte hosted an informal talk and brainstorming session with readings by artists Gretchen Bennett and Dan Webb.
